You can reset your password from the sign-in screen. Follow the instructions on the screen to send a password reset email.

Manga is not displaying or readable

Depending on your network connection, it may take some time for the manga to appear in the viewer. If it doesn't display after a while, please try clearing your browser's cache.

Purchased works are not in the bookshelf

Please check the following regarding your purchase:

  • Is the account you are signed in with the same as the one used for the purchase?
  • Did you receive a confirmation email at the time of purchase?

If you are signed in with the correct account and have received the purchase confirmation email, but the work is still not appearing in your bookshelf, please contact us through the contact page for further assistance.
