Age Requirement for Registration

• This service is only available to individuals aged 13 and older. Please note that some works may have a recommended age rating, so be sure to check before use.

User Registration

• Registering as a user is simple. You can sign up by entering your "email address and password" or by signing in with your Google account.
• Please note that using our service from outside the supported regions will prevent you from accessing your purchased content.

Availability by Region

• This service is currently available only to customers in North America (the United States and Canada). Please note that use from areas outside of the designated region is not supported.

Registration Fees

• Registering as a user of emaqi is free. There are no annual fees or fixed costs. No charges will incur unless you purchase a work. Please note that any provider fees or internet charges are the user's responsibility.

Unable to Set Password

• There are conditions such as character length for setting a password. Please check the message displayed on the screen during setup.

Registration Email Not Received

Please check the following items:

Is the email address entered correctly?

• Please double-check that the email address you entered is correct.

Is the email being blocked by spam settings?

• Check if the email has been classified as "spam" and moved to your spam folder. Also, make sure your email software or provider's spam settings allow emails from the emaqi domain.

Expired Registration Email

• The authentication email is valid for 24 hours after it is sent. Please access the address listed in the received email and try resending the authentication email from the sign-in screen.

How to Change Birthdate

• Once set, you cannot change your birthdate by yourself. If you need to correct it, such as when it was entered incorrectly, please contact our support desk.

How to Correct Profile Information

• Once set, you cannot change your profile information by yourself. If you need to correct it, such as when it was entered incorrectly, please contact our support desk.

Regarding changes to account information

After signing in,you can perform the following actions from the "Account" section in the menu.

How to Change Account Information (Email Address)

• After signing in, please register the new email address from the "Account" menu. Follow the instructions in the confirmation email sent after the change to complete the process.

How to Change Account Information (Password)

• After signing in, you can change your password from the "Account" menu.

How to Change Sign-In Method

• We apologize for the inconvenience, but the sign-in method cannot be changed. If you need to correct it, such as when it was entered incorrectly, please contact our support desk.

How to Delete an Account

• After signing in, you can delete your account from the "Account Information" menu. However, please note that once the account is deleted, you will no longer be able to read any purchased works. Additionally, work data cannot be transferred to another account or merged.
• Since no costs incur unless you purchase a work, we recommend simply signing out for regular use. Please proceed with account deletion only if you fully understand the consequences.
• If you wish to delete your account after agreeing to the above, the account will become inaccessible 72 hours after the deletion process is initiated. If you accidentally initiated the deletion process, please cancel it from the account deletion page in the menu.
